This article is dedicated to the analysis of modern methods and technologies of corporate education in the United States, which play a crucial role in developing the professional competencies of employees in the dynamic conditions of the knowledge economy. The study examines key traditional approaches to learning, such as lectures, seminars, and self-directed learning. These methods remain significant due to their versatility, cost-effectiveness, and adaptability to technological advancements. In particular, traditional lectures, enhanced with interactive elements and online technologies, demonstrate their effectiveness even in contemporary corporate settings.
Special attention is paid to innovative learning methods, including training programs, coaching, business and role-playing games, secondment, shadowing, buddying, mentoring, and apprenticeship. These approaches contribute to the development of teamwork skills, interpersonal communication, and creative thinking, ensuring the integration of theory and practice directly into the workplace. Interactive methods such as case studies, situation analysis, brainstorming, and simulation are also highlighted as effective methods for fostering critical and creative thinking skills and addressing complex managerial challenges.
The article emphasizes the balance between traditional and innovative approaches, enabling the adaptation of corporate education to the current needs of businesses. The authors underscore the importance of implementing digital technologies, developing blended learning formats, and utilizing advanced interactive methods. The findings and recommendations can be valuable for improving corporate education not only in the United States but also in an international context, contributing to the development of a competitive human capital base.
