ART EDUCATION IN THE FORMATION OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN’S AESTHETIC CULTURE

The article considers art education as an important component of the formation of preschool children’s aesthetic culture. Based on the application of a wide range of scientific research, the main characteristics of art education are singled out, the concept of “art education” is revealed. The importance of aesthetic culture for the harmonious development of a child’s personality is defined, which provides emotional and aesthetic enrichment, promotes the development of creative abilities and forms the basis of artistic taste. Perception of aesthetic values allows to reveal the child’s inner potential, emotional sensitivity and ability to solve non-standard tasks. It is important that aesthetic culture forms moral and ethical qualities, conditions the development of tolerance, empathy and the ability to cooperate with others. The main tasks, methods and means of art education, as well as its integration into the educational process, are analyzed. Attention is focused on the advantages of art education, including development of creativity, emotional harmony, communication skills and formation of aesthetic values. The necessity of creating art zones, conducting workshops, interactive methods, thematic days of art in preschool education institutions to increase the effectiveness of art education has been proved. The authors consider the essence of aesthetic culture as a complex phenomenon that includes the ability to perceive, understand and create beauty in the surrounding world. Special attention is paid to methods and approaches to the organization of art education in the conditions of preschool education institutions. It was determined that the effective formation of the aesthetic culture of children is possible through the integration of various types of artistic activity: visual arts, music, theater, fiction, etc. The significance of the game as a leading method of learning, which helps children naturally and effortlessly learn aesthetic norms and values, is outlined. The article also analyzes modern pedagogical technologies that contribute to the development of aesthetic feelings in children, in particular, the project method, interactive forms of learning, the use of multimedia resources, and the creation of a developmental artistic environment. The results of the study confirm that the systematic introduction of art education into the process of raising preschool children contributes not only to their aesthetic development, but also to the formation of personal qualities necessary for further socialization and creative self-realization.
