THE MOTIVATIONAL COMPONENT OF READINESS OF FUTURE EDUCATORS TO FORM PRIMARY IDEAS ABOUT THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN CHILDREN OF PRESCHOOL AGE (BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE STATEMENT STAGE OF THE RESEARCH

The article defines and substantiates the motivational component of future educators' readiness to form primary ideas about the natural environment in preschool children. The article has presented a review of a number of researches that determine the allocation of the motivational component of the readiness of future educators to form primary ideas about the natural environment in children of preschool age. It has been noted that it is important to correct the content and system of training specialists in the formation of primary ideas about the natural environment in children of preschool age, which implies the necessity of forming a system of such motives, interests, attitudes, personality characteristics, knowledge, experience of practical activity, which, when activated, will provide an opportunity to effectively perform their professional functions.
The indicators of the motivational component of future educators' readiness to form preschoolers' primary ideas about the natural environment are allocated, namely: the ability to care (protect) the natural environment; motivation of future educators to obtain academic knowledge on the formation of preschoolers' ideas about the natural environment; the presence of formed environmental interests. The author has selected and adapted diagnostic scales: the scale of motivation to protect the natural environment, the scale of academic motivation, the scale of interest in nature. The results of the ascertaining stage of the study of the motivational component of future teachers' readiness to form primary ideas about the natural environment in preschool children are presented. According to the results of the research, we have identified the state of formation of the motivational component of future educators to form primary ideas about the natural environment in children of preschool age and the ability of future educators to take care of the natural environment.
