STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS AND CONTENT ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT ARTISTIC SKILLS IN YOUNGER SCHOOL STUDENTS IN CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES

The article is devoted to the problem of developing artistic abilities in children of primary school age by means of dance. The purpose of the article is to clarify the structural elements of artistic abilities of younger schoolchildren in choreography classes and to identify the tools for determining the levels of their formation. In the course of writing the article, we used the following research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the topic, observation, generalization and systematization of the collected material, modeling. The article states that in order to form a creative student, it is necessary to develop artistry with the help of artistic images, which consist of dance, selection of movements, sophisticated plasticity and musical accompaniment. The development of artistic abilities of schoolchildren in choreography classes is carried out on the basis of rhythmic-plastic and psychological components, where the first consists of flexibility, plasticity and musical rhythmicity, the second - emotional-sensual, intellectual-creative and motivational-personal qualities of the child. The article states that the observation was conducted on the material of the study of creativity of the exemplary ensemble of modern and sports dance "Irbis". This made it possible to develop a toolkit for determining the levels of formation of artistic abilities of younger schoolchildren in choreography classes. The level of formation of the rhythmic-plastic component is related to the structure of the joints and the properties of the muscles. With this in mind, tests were used to assess joint mobility, which included a set of the simplest control exercises: flexibility of the shoulder joint; spine flexibility; flexibility in the hip joint. In addition, special tests were selected in order to determine the level of development of the plasticity of movements of students of the creative team, such as: "dance" step; rotate; dance track ahead of eight counts. Also, to study the musical rhythmicity of children, logorhythmic exercises, tasks and games were used, which included: stepping in place and in quarters; determining the level of muscle tone control and attention; development of fine and large motor skills; determination of the level of development of a sense of musical beat. To identify the level of emotional and sensory potential of children, the correspondence of the developed abilities to three levels (high, medium, low) was determined.
Therefore, artistry serves as an optimal model of dynamic manifestations of personality in its activities, and choreography classes contribute to the development of artistic abilities in children of primary school age. Further research is needed to analyze the levels of formation of artistic abilities of junior high school students in choreography classes according to the criteria developed by us.
