ORGANIZATIONAL AND CONTENT FEATURES OF FUTURE MUSICAL ART TEACHERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The article proves the relevance of the study problem of future musical art teachers' professional training in the countries of the European Union in connection with the availability of key competencies proposed in "Recommendations of the European Parliament and of the Council on Key Competences for Lifelong learning," competence "Cultural awareness and expression." Based on research (the study of scientific sources and analysis of sites of higher education institutions of Denmark, Sweden, and Slovak Republic, organizational and content features of future musical art teachers' professional training in the countries of the European Union) were found: different types of higher education institutions (universities, colleges, academies, etc.); clear differentiation of future musical art teachers professional training (preparation for teaching in general education institutions and preparation for teaching tools or vocals); combination of theoretical and practical components in the program of preparation of future musical art teachers; availability in the program of professional training of future teachers of musical art of didactic and musical elements. The peculiarities of future musical art teachers' professional training in leading higher education institutions of the studied countries (Comenius University Bratislava, Matej Bel University - in the Slovak Republic; Malmö Academy of Music, Stockholm Institute of Education – in Sweden, Silkeborg Seminarium – in Denmark) are characterized. It has been found that in most European Union countries, there are two types of music teachers: type 1 - A music Teacher in the class of general secondary education and type 2 - a teacher of vocals or instruments in music schools or private practice. It is stated that professional training for future musical art teachers is carried out in institutions such as conservatories, music schools, academies, universities, etc.
