The problem of health, ways of influencing the functional state of a person is one of the most complex problems, which covers philosophical, cultural, medical, biological, pedagogical, psychological, valeological, social and other dimensions of modern scientific thought. Health as a subject of discussion by scientists of many fields of knowledge is a phenomenon based on a complex interaction of conflicting, sometimes diametrically opposed opposing forces, the quintessence of which is the dialectical unity of "disease-health". Giving the disease only a negative color, considering it as a fact of lack of health and/or defeat of the body in the struggle for existence is an overly simplistic approach. Symptoms, as a rule, reflect the body's efforts to harmonize psychosomatic processes, which, after all, is a manifestation of healthy forces. The effectiveness of recovery is determined by the configuration of the impact based on the complex application of various means. Health as a multi-component hierarchical structure is the result of the action of a huge number of various factors. Small, but properly organized resonant influences can be quite effective. Purposeful influence on weak information and energy structures allows you to get results with relatively little effort. The use of health care products is accompanied by stressful (destructive) processes, as a result of which the body strengthens its resistance. Any health-improving process is an art of maintaining equilibrium and balance of forces. Investigating individual components of processes and phenomena, modern science elucidates their individual properties, parameters, patterns, but loses the opportunity to analyze them as a system of well-coordinated and interconnected interactions. The purpose of the study is the analysis of theoretical and practical experience in the medical and health care sphere, which allows us to get closer to the understanding of the health phenomenon, its essence, and outline the methodological foundations of health care activities.
