Requirements for execution
Basic text should be consisted of the following sections:
- statement of the problem;
- analysis of recent research and publications;
- the research goal;
- methods;
- findings;
- conflict of interest;
- funding sources;
- data availability;
- use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools;
- acknowledgements (optional)
- conclusions and prospects for further research;
- references.
The Manuscript length – 6-8 pages.
Technical parameters. The text should be typed in text editor (*.doc, *.docx, *.rtf). Font Cambria, 12 pt, spaced – 1; all margins – 2 cm, first line indent – 1,25 cm.
Publishing design of article’s structural elements:
- UDC // left-aligned, Cambria, 10 pt
- Author’s Name // right-aligned, Cambria, bold, 10 pt
- Affiliation, city, country // right-aligned, Cambria, italic, 10 pt
- ORCID (https://orcid.org/) // right-aligned, Cambria, italic, 9pt

- Title // capital letters, centered, Cambria, bold, 10 pt
Note! If there are several authors, information about each is presented in separate lines.
- The abstract as a shortened form of presentation of the scientific text must be informative, understandable, clearly and logically written. The abstract should be no less 1800, but no more than 2000 characters long // width; Cambria, italic, 8 pt; first line indent 1,25 cm.
- Keywords: 5 to 8 terms separated by ";"// width; Cambria, italic, 8 pt; first line indent 1,25
- Next, the information (items 2-8) is duplicated in English in compliance with the same requirements.
- Basic text // Cambria; 10 pt; first line indent 1,25 cm; spaced – 1.
- References
- Sources are to be provided in the original language in accordance with the DSTU 8302:2015 standard or the APA (American Psychological Association) bibliographic style.

https://www.grafiati.com/uk/info/dstu-8302-2015/examples/ or https://www.grafiati.com/uk/info/apa-7/. - The reference list must include at least 15 entries, of which peer-reviewed scientific publications (journal articles) with a DOI must account for at least 70%.
- If available, indicate DOI in web links. We would like to draw the authors’ attention to the fact that in the list of references, all articles from scientific periodicals must be provided with a DOI.
- Make sure that each reference cited in the text is in the References, and each hyperlink is active.
- Sources are numbered and organized in the list of references in the alphabetical order; 9 pt, spaced – 1, width.
- The authors’ self-citation, presented in the list of sources, should not be more than 20% of the total number.
Note! We draw the authors' attention to the fact that the titles of journals, conferences, collections, and books should be highlighted in italic.
Declarations and Statements
The following declarations must be included in your manuscript after the 'Conclusions' section and before the 'References' list. Please add them as separate items in the order specified.
- Conflict of Interest
Authors are required to declare the presence or absence of any conflict of interest.
- If no conflict exists: Add the following statement: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
- If a conflict exists: Clearly specify the nature of the conflict (financial, personal, or other) and the involved parties.
- Funding Sources
This section must disclose the sources of funding for the research.
- If funding was received: List all financial organizations that supported the work and their grant numbers (if applicable).
- If no funding was received: Add the phrase: "This research did not receive any specific grant from funding agencies in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors."
- Data Availability
Select and specify one of the following options that best describes the data availability for your research:
- The data associated with this study are available in [repository name] under the identifier [DOI or link].
- Data supporting the findings of this study are available within the supplementary materials of this article.
- Data will be made available upon reasonable request to the corresponding author.
- Data are not publicly available due to [state reasons, e.g., privacy/ethical restrictions].
- This study did not generate or utilize any separate datasets.
- Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
Authors must disclose the use of generative AI tools.
- If AI was not used: Add the statement: "No AI-assisted technologies were used in the preparation of this manuscript."
- If AI was used: You must clearly specify:
- The name of the AI tool/model used (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
- The purpose of its use (e.g., for language editing, improving readability, grammar check, or initial ideation).
- Confirm that the authors have thoroughly reviewed and edited the content and take full responsibility for the scientific content of the work.
Important Note! AI tools cannot be listed as an author or co-author. The use of AI for data analysis, interpretation of results, or forming scientific conclusions is prohibited.
- Acknowledgements (Optional)
In this section, you may acknowledge individuals or organizations that provided assistance during the research (e.g., language help, technical support, experimental assistance) but whose contribution does not qualify them for authorship. - Authorship and Contributions (CRediT) (Optional)
At submission, the corresponding author confirms that all listed authors made a substantial contribution, have reviewed the manuscript, and agree to the submission. After an editorial decision “accept” / “accept with revisions”, authors must provide a detailed CRediT author contribution statement, which will be included in the final published article under “Author Contributions.” This is mandatory for papers with 4+ authors; for papers with 2–3 authors, it is recommended (the editorial office may request it when needed). Important! We draw your attention to the fact that all elements of the article in English are placed in the same order and drawn up according to the same requirements as articles in Ukrainian.
General rules of citations in the text
The reference to the source must be contained in square brackets "[ ]" in the middle of which the number of the corresponding source is placed.
FORMATTING OF INDIVIDUAL OBJECTS
All illustrations, diagrams, software code and tables should be located as far as they are mentioned in the text (not at the end of the article).
Equations and mathematical symbols and letters which denote the variables in the text should be typed in MS Equation, without frame and fill. Centered, numbered – in parentheses to the right.
Figures should be signed, numbered, grouped, clear, centered.
Tables are titled and numbered.
Additional Note on AI-Generated Visual Content
All images, photorealistic visualizations, schematics, or figures created using artificial intelligence tools must be clearly labeled in the caption: "Generated by AI" or "Imagined with AI".
Important!
The Editorial Board reserves the right to send materials for additional review, reject articles that do not meet the requirements or scopes of the journal, postpone some of the articles to the next issue of the journal.
In case of receiving a positive review conducted by the experts of the editorial board, the authors are sent a notice of acceptance of the article for publication and the expected date of publication.
