Aims and Objectives
The aim of the scientific journal “Education. Innovation. Practice” is to develop and disseminate scholarly knowledge in the field of education and educational sciences through the publication of results of fundamental and applied research that reflect current trends in the development of educational systems, pedagogical theory, and educational practice. The journal seeks to create an open academic platform for discussing contemporary issues in education, presenting innovative pedagogical solutions, and disseminating research findings that are theoretically novel and practically significant for the development of educational environments.
The journal also strives to improve the quality of research in education, foster interdisciplinary scholarly dialogue, and integrate Ukrainian educational research into the global academic space. The publication supports the principles of open science, academic integrity, and transparency in scholarly communication, ensuring accessibility of research results for researchers, educators, educational administrators, and practitioners.
The main objectives of the journal include:
- Dissemination of research findings. Publishing original research articles, analytical reviews, and results of empirical and experimental studies in the fields of educational sciences, preschool, primary, secondary, vocational, and special education, as well as physical culture and sports. Particular attention is given to studies that combine theoretical analysis with pedagogical experiments and offer practical recommendations for educational practice.
- Ensuring high standards of peer review. Organizing independent double-blind peer review of submitted manuscripts, adhering to international ethical standards of scholarly publishing, and applying modern tools for the verification of academic integrity.
- Supporting open access to scientific information. Providing free access to published materials in accordance with the principles of open access, thereby facilitating the broad dissemination of research findings and increasing their accessibility to the academic community.
- Integration into the international research environment. Promoting the representation of research results of Ukrainian and international scholars within the global academic community, applying international citation standards, and using digital identifiers for publications and authors (DOI, ORCID).
- Development of interdisciplinary research in education. Supporting studies that combine pedagogy with other fields of knowledge, including information technologies, psychology, sociology, educational management, and health-preserving practices.
- Dissemination of innovative educational practices. Presenting research results aimed at implementing new pedagogical technologies, digital learning environments, inclusive approaches, STEM education, and other contemporary directions in educational development.
- Supporting early-career researchers. Creating opportunities for postgraduate students and young scholars to publish their research findings, engage in international academic communication, and develop a culture of scholarly publishing in accordance with contemporary academic standards.
