THE ANALYSIS OF INDICATORS OF TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL ACTIONS OF TENNIS PLAYERS 10-12 YEARS OLD, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT PROPERTIES OF TEMPERAMENT AND HEART RATE MONITORING INDICATORS

The training of tennis players aged 10-12 years is characterized by an emphasis on technical and tactical preparation, a high level of development of physical and psychophysiological qualities, the formation of an individual style of play, however, insufficient self-regulation of the mental state and control of psychological readiness of athletes is observed. The purpose of the study is to analyze the indicators of technical and tactical actions of tennis players aged 10-12 years, taking into account the properties of temperament and monitoring of heart rate indicators. Materials and methods. 36 tennis players aged 10-12, who are engaged in the tennis section of the "Polytechnic" sports club of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", took part in the study. To determine the temperament properties of tennis players, the method of Professor H.Yu. Eysenck using the EPQ (Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) version. Heart rate indicators were recorded using Polar Team 2 chest cardiac sensors. Results. A study of the properties of temperament among tennis players aged 10-12 years was conducted. Manifestations of all types of temperament were noted, but to a greater extent, the studied athletes belonged to the group of cholerics (46.9%) and sanguine (34.4%). It is noted that tennis players with the "choleric" temperament type performed more technical actions per game - 193 shots, "sanguines" - 161 shots, "melancholic" - 120 shots, and "phlegmatic" players - 90 shots. Heart rate indicators in tennis players differed depending on the type of temperament. Conclusions. The presented results of the conducted research make it possible to choose the most effective technical actions for tennis players aged 10-2, taking into account the types of temperament. They make it possible to individualize the process of physical, functional and psychological training taking into account the type of temperament, to increase the playing activity of tennis players, to choose means of regulating the mental state to control fatigue in playing activities, to assess game situations, the amount and intensity of physical exertion taking into account the type of temperament of the players, to evaluate the state of mental readiness for competitive activity.
