FORMATION OF ELEMENTS OF PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS OF HUMANITARIAN SPECIALISTS USING BLENDED LEARNING

Abstract

The article considers the importance of forming elements of pedagogical skill in future humanitarian specialists as a prerequisite for ensuring their subjectivity in the professional environment, the ability to professional mutual influence and the implementation of self-education aimed at developing relevant abilities.

The authors argue, in particular, the importance for a humanitarian specialist of the formation of such personal and professional qualities (in accordance with the concept of the Poltava School of Pedagogical Skill) as a humanistic orientation, which finds specific manifestations in positive social thinking, cognitive activity as a sense-forming and acmeological factor, a number of abilities of the socio-communicative plan and technical skills of interaction, which together create a complex of personality properties necessary for establishing constructive relationships in the professional environment. We are talking about relationships when a specialist at the same time retains the ability to be a sufficiently influential person, is able to act productively without violating the personal boundaries of colleagues and correctly protect his own

The possibilities for the formation of elements of pedagogical skills of a future specialist in the conditions of blended learning are analyzed, which contributed to the change in traditional models of interaction between subjects of the educational process and increased the emphasis on the business aspects of their relationships. A number of principles of educational interaction are substantiated, which contribute to the creation of optimal didactic conditions for the development of personal and professional qualities. Ways are outlined to expand the potential of blended learning as a factor of variable transformation of the educational process in higher education, taking into account its personal and developmental function.
