JUSTIFICATION OF THE ALGORITHM FOR MONITORING THE CONDITION OF KICKBOXING ATHLETES AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF TRAINING

Abstract

Monitoring is an integral part of training athletes and a tool for influencing their skill level. It determines its importance in the training of athletes. The goal is to substantiate the algorithm for monitoring the condition of kickboxing athletes at the initial stage of training using indicators of physical development and physical fitness. Based on the analysis of literary sources and the study results of kickboxing athletes with different training periods, an algorithm for monitoring the condition of kickboxers is proposed. The algorithm corresponds to the basic monitoring principles: it is a system of combined stages that illustrate the collection and analysis of information on athletes' physical development and physical fitness. Information analysis is maximally unified due to standards and rating scales. The reflection of the complexity principle is used in monitoring medical and pedagogical approaches regarding the use of indicators of physical development and physical fitness. The specifics of the preparation stage caused the impossibility of implementing the principle of prognostication, but a monitoring component is a selection technique with a prognostic orientation. The proposed algorithm has sufficient efficiency, confirmed by the possibility of developing and implementing corrective measures. The algorithm includes evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed measures due to the improvement of preparedness and the growth of sportsmanship. The developed algorithm contains features of several types of monitoring. A competitive orientation characterizes it, as it involves an analysis of the condition of close-level athletes. The traits characteristic of comparative monitoring are illustrated by developing a martial arts selection technique that uses the results of elite athletes.
