Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the implementation of modern e-learning systems, in particular E-university. The concept and essence of e-learning (learning method based on digital technologies), advantages (active learning behavior, independence from time and territorial location of the learning subject, interactivity, openness, accessibility, differentiation) are defined; conditions of its implementation. The problems of the implementation of e-learning are highlighted. Among them: the difficulty of supporting all modes of teaching and learning, the difficulty of meeting all needs in individual training; the complexity of integrating functional modules of other systems or application programs; insufficient preparation for using the electronic learning system; potential technical problems.

The importance of cloud computing is emphasized: cloud computing increases the security of E-university systems, ensures availability, convenience and ease of configuration. Three types of services provided by cloud service providers are considered: infrastructure, platform, software.

The experience of implementing the E-university project at the Sumy National Agrarian University is highlighted. The tasks performed at the development stage are listed. The implementation of the E-SNAU project in the mobile application environment is described. The mobile application has pages: a page with personal data, a page with a schedule; task list; calendar with events for the selected date; learning progress in diagrams; the finances page provides an opportunity to view all financial transactions of the student; the Help page, where you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions, send your question or request; reader ticket page; dormitory pass page (student information, QR code for scanning the pass). The advantages of the proposed structure of the E-SNAU project are outlined, and areas of improvement are highlighted. These include: identifying technologies that can best be integrated into the traditional curriculum; selection of necessary technologies and learning trajectories; assessment of the time and resources required for the introduction and maintenance of certain learning methods; providing professional technical support to both employees and students; the use of virtual environments that can support teaching in one laboratory within the educational institution and unite students from several universities.
