ADAPTATION OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS TO INTERDISCIPLINARY TRAINING AS THE BASIS OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL MOBILITY

Abstract

The article focuses on the prospects of implementing systemic changes in the training of future specialists in the conditions of a dynamic informational and educational environment.

Special attention is focused on the importance of forming professional mobility of future specialists in the conditions of the European educational area, which opens new opportunities not only for obtaining an education, but also for the development of the European labour market. The need for significant transformational changes in the modern paradigm of higher education is indicated.

Both significant advantages and problems arising in the process of students' adaptation to interdisciplinary training in the institutions of higher education are highlighted. It is noted that ensuring interdisciplinary connections is one of the main tasks of the modern education system.

It is emphasized that the most successful specialists in the labour market will be those who are able to quickly adapt to new circumstances, to search for and successfully implement non-standard solutions and bear responsibility for them.

It is stressed that the problem of adaptation is interdisciplinary one and occupies an important place among the researches of domestic and foreign scientists. It has been found that interdisciplinarity allows raising the educational process to a qualitatively new level of thinking and directly determines the cooperation of various scientific fields, the circulation of common concepts for understanding a certain phenomenon.

It is indicated that the interdisciplinary approach should be understood as a way of interaction between sciences, when knowledge is achieved only by combining the efforts of individual sciences.

The factors of optimization of the process of training specialists based on a comprehensive vision, approach and solution of complex real-world problems, awareness of new tasks in the field of interdisciplinarity and understanding the reasons, circumstances, trends that actualize the adaptation of students to interdisciplinary training are analyzed.
