PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE LABOR PROTECTION ENGINEERS

Abstract

Based on the analysis, the article highlights the main pedagogical technologies that today are the most common in the system of training future labor protection engineers, namely: project technology (project method), integrative-modular technologies, modular-rating technology of training, the technology of problem-based learning, case technologies, information and communication technologies and technologies of computer distance learning.

 The priority of integrating information and communication technologies into vocational education for the formation of professional experience of future labor protection engineers is emphasized. The paper states that today special attention should be paid to the integration of information and communication technologies into engineering education and the formation of students' professional experience, which is considered a key element of the education reform of Ukraine. The article proves that the existing problems in the higher education system require significant changes in the paradigm of engineering education, in all components of the educational process. It is stated that reforming the learning process in higher education institutions that train future labor protection engineers should be aimed at including students in the active process of cognition and significantly influencing the motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, and psychophysiological spheres of their personality, thereby ensuring their professional development.

The article determines that the modern theory and methodology of training future labor protection engineers is characterized by the search for new pedagogical opportunities, which is primarily due to the rejection of some elements of the traditional educational process, the use of the idea of the integrity of the pedagogical process as a system based on the theories of universal values, humanization, student-centered approach, the priority of the subject – subject relations.
