DEVELOPMENT ABILITIES AND SKILLS A CULTURE OF HEALTH CARE A STUDENTS ON THE BASIS OF INTERDISCIPLINARY INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the problem of vocational training of future specialists for health saving activities. The analysis of modern scientific studies shows that the majority of foreign scientists pay more attention to the issues of promoting a healthy lifestyle at workplaces, in small and medium-sized labor groups. It has been assumed that the development of students’ abilities and skills of health saving culture is necessary to begin from the first course of study in institutions of higher education. In that context, we agree with the scientist’s thought that educational aspect of the problem of formation of healthy lifestyle is relevant at the current stage of education development, especially for students whose specialities are related to such health-damaging factors as hypodynamia, high emotional spendings and stress, tension of the organs of vision due to responsible work with financial documents, work with computer technology, as well as insufficient preparation for health saving activities in the process of obtaining higher education. It has been found that formation of the fundamentals of healthy lifestyle can be carried out through interdisciplinary integration and the use of innovative technologies. The use of possibilities of different disciplines, which are not related to the problem of health and health saving issue, has been proposed. Examination of the level of students’ abilities and skills for the formation of health saving culture on the basis of interdisciplinary integration through using the author’s methods of training of future specialists in such disciplines as: «Life Safety», «Philosophy», «History of Ukrainian Culture», «Physical Training». The obtained data indicate the expediency and necessity of using interdisciplinary integration in the process of vocational training of future specialists. It has been concluded that the acquisition of abilities and skills of health saving culture on the basis of interdisciplinary integration is necessary for young people for a healthy lifestyle.
