Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is typed and formatted in accordance with the requirements of the journal (https://oip-journal.org/index.php/oip/requirements).
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Registration and submission of the article

  1. Register on the site (instructions).
  2. Carefully fill in all the fields of the registration form and choose the role of "Author".
  3. Log in to the site using the received login and password.
  4. Follow the link [New view].
  5. Follow the steps to submit an article to the journal (instructions).

Copyright Notice

Authors agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors hold copyright immediately after publication of their works and retain publishing rights without any restrictions.
  2. The copyright commencement date complies the publication date of the issue, where the article is included in.

Privacy Statement

  1. The users' names and email addresses will be used exclusively for implementation the technical tasks: dispatch of letters on new issue publication and contacting with authors, reviewers and editors within the process of preparing articles for publication.
  2. The Editors don't transmit the users' personal data to third party organizations.

The editors and reviewers are prohibited from disclosing the information submitted in the manuscripts before they are published online.
