ANALYSIS OF THE WORK EXPERIENCE OF USING THE POTENTIAL OF SOCIAL NETWORKS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONCEPT OF NATIONAL PATRIOTIC EDUCATION

The article focuses on the fact that in the context of confrontation with Russian aggression, the struggle for territorial integrity, the national sovereignty of our state, the issues of strengthening the national-patriotic education of the younger generation are of particular relevance. Of particular importance are the tasks of forming a citizen and a patriot who will be able to defend national interests and values, act effectively and communicate in the space of European values. The main ideas of the Concept of national-patriotic education in the education system of Ukraine are presented and analyzed.
The authors proved that in modern conditions of the priority of online communication formats among young people, Internet resources, in particular social networks, are an important means of information support for national-patriotic education.
The article presents the experience of teachers in the implementation of the national-patriotic education of students by means of Internet resources. In particular, the content and features of holding events for the Day of Science, which in the 2021-2022 academic year was dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the famous philosopher G.S. Skovoroda, are described. A lecture was held on the topic “Digital Competence of a Future Specialist”, which was accompanied by the performance of creative tasks for students “Digitalization of G.S. Skovoroda” (creation of a blog or page of G.S. Skovoroda on Facebook or Instagram social networks).
The article analyzes the educational value of the event, which contributed to: the manifestation of creativity, originality, talents of students, the implementation of European and national values, encouraging students to study the work of G. S. Skovoroda, rethinking the philosophical, creative heritage of G. S. Skovoroda, his ideas and worldview.
The authors proved that the use of Internet communication tools, in particular social networks, has a sufficiently powerful potential for the implementation of the tasks of national-patriotic education, the formation of national feelings, interests and values among students. The organization and conduct of educational work using Internet resources is carried out in a format that is close and familiar to students and therefore has good results.
